Design of a conceptual snack. The reason was a launch of an Obaku watch, made for Refugees United. The idea was to create a dish that only worked, when all the pieces were put together. The audience had to assemble their own dish from following tastes and substances. Raw and marinated organic salmon, smoked liquorice spray, lemon jelly with rapeseed oil, raw carrot and radish with creamed cheese, herbs, malt, …

- like a flower pot.
